1. Exclusive Financing: The 0% interest rate offer is available exclusively through Emirates Islamic Bank (EIB) or Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB). All finance approvals, including down payment requirements, are subject to the bank's internal credit policies.
2. Payment Holiday: The activation of the deferred payment (up to 180 days) is subject to the customer's personal credit evaluation and final approval by the respective banking partner.
3. Offer Selection: Customers may select either "Offer 1 (Comprehensive Pack)" or "Offer 2 (0% Finance Pack)." These offers are mutually exclusive and cannot be combined, substituted, or exchanged for cash.
4. Tinting: To facilitate deal closure, authorized dealers may provide complimentary window tinting at their own expense and discretion.
5. Retroactive Eligibility: Customers with existing bookings who have not yet taken delivery are eligible to avail of this promotion once the campaign officially commences to enhance satisfaction.
6. Customer Category: This promotion is strictly applicable to Retail Customers only. Fleet, Corporate, and Government entities are excluded from this campaign.
7. Model Eligibility: This offer applies specifically to 2026 Model Year (MY2026) vehicles.
8. Bank Policy Supremacy: Omeir Bin Youssef & Sons bears no responsibility for decisions regarding finance approval, down payment requirements, or payment deferrals, which remain at the sole discretion of the partnering banks (EIB and ADIB).
